Admission Process:

 The application form for admission

1. Prescribed application form with prospectus is available at College office on payment of the fixed amount.

2. The payment should be made on cash at the office counter which will remain open from 9.00 AM. To 4.00 PM. on working days.

3. Dully filled application form must be submitted to the College office on or before the last date as notified by the College.

 Documents to be submitted:

1. Self attested copies of Mark sheet, admit and registration of the last examinations.

2. Self attested Pass certificate copy.

3. Relevant caste certificate issued by competent authority.

4. Two copies of the passport size photograph.

5. Migration certificate from the students outside from Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC).

6. Gap certificate if any.

 Eligibility Criteria:

 B.A. (Major)

·         Must obtain at least 45% marks in aggregate in 10+2 examination.


B.A. (General)

·         Must obtain at least 40% marks in aggregate in 10+2 examination.


BBA

·         1. Must obtain at least 45% marks in aggregate in 10+2 examination.

 

2. Students from any stream can also apply for admission into BBA course. However, preference will be given to students from Science and Commerce stream.

 

M.A. (English)

·         Must have Major with atleast 50% in B.A.

 Selection Procedure:

1. The selection for admission is strictly based on merit basis.

2. Major students selection will be done by the concerned department through entrance test or other rule as determined by the department.

3. Provision of reservation for SC/ST / OBC/ Differently able candidates as per Govt. norms and management rule.

4. During the time of admission, all shortlisted applicants need to produce all the original documents onward for verification.
